I have seen a lot of .tv names that were good but hard to sell. This name with a developed website featuring how2 videos would be so popular, it would be a favorite of folks like myself who love tools and making things.
I would put this one at $5-8K if I were buying ti to develop. If I were looking for a partner to fund the site, I would go to the major PUBLIC traded companies with a business plan. Good luck on this, this is truly a .tv gem.

Although it looks attractive and appears to be generic, my concern is that the person who buys it will have a trademark issue on their hands; especially if they gear the site towards handyman, hand tools or the like. This domain is very similar to the trademarked brand "crafstman.com" - "craftsman tools".
