Nevada is also a very hot land/acreage market. Much like Texas, there are still a lot of land speculators in Nevada and land comes cheap and is frequently traded. It also has the added benefit of containing Las Vegas and Potential gambling properties in other areas of the state, so the speculating will continue.
It does pose challenges though. “Lots” is less frequently used than “Land”, “Property” or “Acreage” so it will not be a gangbuster type-in candidate. In fact, Google shows only 100 or so exact searches a month for this keyword combo. On the bright side, there are 3MM plus exact search results and a ton of advertisers so there is an active market for this product.
I would say this one is worth a small risk. The market and PPC is too good to just let this go for a song. I estimate a sale of between $450-700. Good Luck Bidders!

This is a great domain name, it would be nice for a real estate website based in Nevada.

Compare that to Nevada land at 18,100 searches or Nevada property at 74,000. That's a big difference. Even Nevada land for sale gets 6,600. I still think the name is salable to a Realtor in that state. It is not that hard to sell Real Estate domains. There are lots of Realtors and they all need a website.
