I hold a smaller portfolio of a little over 500 domains and am always trying to improve the quality of my domains. I've been in the domain game a little over 2 years.
This is a huge domain, and one on par with debtnews.com. The plural form of this domain would be better as it receives more search volume, but debtspecialists.com is currently parked so there would be fewer hurdles for development.
A simple lead gen for debt consolidation companies, debt attorneys, etc with a geo targeted database would be my plan for it. I figure it would pay for itself rather quickly.
My estimate on this is $8K.

Although the billing sector is a great one to be in, I don't agree with the "comparable sites" mentioned in the description. Reliable is an adjective and those domains listed are services that are searched for in much higher volume. Comparing this domain to BillingService.com is misleading.
It would make a decent branded site that could be used for any type of billing service since it's fairly generic and vague. It could be gold if developed properly, but if I were to bid on this name $350 would be my absolute top for a straight domain play.

Not too valuable in terms of a generic domain, so it would have to be developed if it gets anywhere above the $250 mark in my opinion.
My first thought was a career site for high level executives or high paying careers (say over $150k or something). Create a social aspect allowing conversation between members, etc and I think you can build a solid property that could be worth 5 figures in the end. Just have a solid plan for it when you're bidding.

Another 3 letter dot com, and this one is better than the previous ones (RYY.com and QVK.com) considering the vowel and the letter T is good. The Q diminishes the value a bit.
Possible conflicts come from two sources: 1) University of Toronto Quarterly 2) Unión de Trabajadores de Quetzaltenango (Union of Workers of Quetzaltenango, Guatemala)
I suspect this domain will fetch a little higher price than the previous two and come in around $8000.
Disclaimer: I think the LLL.com market is in somewhat of a bubble. The minimum wholesale price of LLL.com domains has doubled in the last year outpacing the rest of the domain market. I think we'll see somewhat of a small correction and returns will start to diminish in the short term. However, LLL.com domains are one of the most liquid domains and can sell quickly for raising needed capital.
Another thing to be aware of is companies lately are aggressively launching UDRP's on 3 letter domains, so make sure you do your research before bidding on this one.
So again, I'd stick around $8000 considering the above factors and be confident in a solid investment.

"weights for sale" has a higher search count than I thought, however looking at it just from a domain name view, it's not very promising. Three words and a very specific niche.
Unless there was an end user lined up or a development plan I'd hold my bidding at $100.

I would only aggressively bid on this domain if I had plans on developing or holding on to it hoping for a modest return down the line. Type in traffic will likely be low.
That being said the domain is brandable and easy to remember, which I find more important in most cases than the type in traffic once developed. Selling cigars online is a lucrative business and has the potential to make the new owner a very nice profit.
I would not bid over $2000 unless I already had a solid plan in place for what I was going to do with it.
