I am an Insurance Agent, Avid Domainer and have been domaining for awhile. A couple of years ago I received an email from a registrar saying there was such a new wave and future with .mobi domains!! I jumped in and bought the name of a "famous star" .mobi. I had it appraised and the appraisal said the domain was worth $40,000. I thought I was on the way to make millions! LOL !! Does this sound familiar?? PS I don't own that domain anymore!!!
Well, since then I have learned a lot and am quite serious about what I do. My portfolio has mushroomed to over 2000 domains and I seem to keep finding more. I am quite sure I have learned what characteristics make a good domain and feel the future is very bright for our industry!!

Excellent Generic domain that has many uses for sure! I don't have much experience with this extension (co.in) so it will be interesting to see the attention that this domain attracts.
