I am the founder of Ninepro.com a domain acquisition, development & sales company based in the UK.
We specialise in turning domain names into exciting media platforms. for internal & for future external client end users.
I have been an active web developer for over 7 years & domaining privatley during that time
We fully develop all names in our portfolio & then either sell the "brand" or retain as part of our cross industry portfolio holdings.
We firmly believe that we can develop virtually any name into a desirable brand or market related niche product.
We retain a holding of Tech, Travel, Music, News & Information domains.
Stuff:
We currently have the following promoted names for sale:
Two reasonable keywords, however despite the (DOT) COM extension lots go against this domain.
For me the words just don’t gel, it's long & most importantly for me it's not specific enough. If it were LOANS, MONEY, FINANCE or a host of other prefixes then we could be in business.
Add the fact that all the other extensions are available then I think we should be looking at a $40 - 100 sale here.
If I were to take on this domain I would buy up the remaining extensions & develop a credit/investment themed blog info site.

This one could be a steal, but you certainly wont make any quick bucks on this one I am afraid.
ContentTheft.com does what it says on the tin, so I'd guess a site to report site content theft would be the obvious option, however some clever development will be required to see a healthy ROI.
If I were to buy this domain I would aim to develop it into a major hub for users to report site content theft & offer prevention tips. Integrate that with a service like that of http://www.copyscape.com/ & you may just have a nice community hub with the chance to make a bit of cash in the longer term.
As for a price, I'd expect it to reach no higher than $300.
If I had time to develop this I would be in, alas I don't so good luck to the buyer.

Super name that can only be described as a rock solid investment.
This simply ticks (nearly) every box:
1)It's a 1 word dictionary 2)It's a .Com 3)Has a reasonable amount of keyword searches 4)It's relatively easy to spell 5)All other extensions (bar US) are taken
As for development, well, it's a great niche that has almost unlimited "sub Niches" to develop into.
The only minor blemish on this (or should I say misconception) is that it's not the plural Misconception(s), which is uniquely stronger.
Estibot's valuation of 19k looks a bit distant in the current climate, however this name is not about now, it's about a solid (affordable) investment opportunity that doesn’t come around every day.
Overall a great name and as for price, I’d expect around 2-3k minimum here on Bido.

Strangely I read this as Parenthood.com, either this is a sign of my poor eyesight or bit of a flaw in this name.
There sure are a steady stream of "PRE" parents, however it is not a term that rings true for me (based in the UK it seems an Americanism) and is not too brandable either.
Having said all of that the steady stream of "pre parents" looking for resources should give you plenty of development opportunities to explore.
Good luck & happy bidding

Every now and again a domain comes along that really sparks my interest, WorldFirsts.com is one such domain.
I can see the idea of a website educating on the "World’s First"...being quite popular, I'd certainly enjoy wasting a bit of time on there!!!
Sure, there's a fair bit of work involved to develop the site fully this way (hence the reason I may not bid), but if I had the time I'd be on it in a shot.
Good luck to the seller...

TENNISBALLS.INFO
A hub for all things Tennis, news, advice, equipment, games etc...
Huge potential on this one, the .INFO simply compliments it...
Price, well there's a bit of work involved to brand the site, so I'd expect a $200 - 300 bid to take it...
Good luck
